Delays and Responsibility

Once your package has been shipped and handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, you will always receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
